It is titled, “Repairing the Damage.” While increased self-healing can lift up the function of the body, helping to heal important organelles called mitochondria is often the most critical step in the larger healing process. Mitochondria can become damaged over time and often need nutritional support to heal. When we increase mitochondrial health, we increase each cell’s ability to produce energy and repair damage.
